Wenger says no to Benzema, Rafael to Lyon for £2.1m, Liverpool bid £14.9m for Cheryshev, Soldado for £11m...
STOKE MAKE MOVE FOR TRAORE
The Daily Mail says Barcelona winger Adama Traore had dinner with Stoke officials on Tuesday night and will visit the club's training ground on Wednesday.

Aston Villa are chasing the player, who has fallen off Liverpool's radar.

WILLIAMS STILL STAYING PUT
For the third successive day we're told that Swansea captain Ashley Williams is staying put.

I think we can now draw a line under Everton's reported interest.

EVERTON TRACKING CHRISTODOULOPOULOS
According to Italian website TG Gialloblu, Everton have made contact with Italian side Hellas Verona regarding a move for Greek star Lazaros Christodoulopoulos.

The attacking midfielder is believed to be on Everton's radar after Atalanta had a bid for the player rejected.

ARSENAL PLAY 'SOFTBALL' OVER CAMPBELL
Arsenal have been described as a 'difficult club to deal with' as Palermo consider giving up in their pursuit of Joel Campbell.

The Gunners want £7million for the striker, not a particularly outrageous valuation, but Palermo's initial offer for the 23-year-old was reported to be around half of that.

WANYAMA IN LINE FOR NEW DEAL
Despite still having two years left on his Southampton deal the club are reportedly poised to offer midfield kingpin Victor Wanyama a new contract at St Mary's.

The £12million recruit from Celtic, who has been linked with Arsenal, has impressed boss Ronald Koeman and Saints want to ward off potential suitors by securing Wanyama on a long-term deal. Keep off Arsene...

LIVERPOOL LINKED WITH LACAZETTE
Liverpool have been cleared to make a move for Lyon forward Alexandre Lacazette, according to the ever-reliable French daily L'Equipe.

Despite the big-money signings of Christian Benteke and Firmino, the Reds will still move for the 24-year-old striker, who has been linked with Anfield for the last few years, if reports in France can be believed (or not as the case may be).

Lacazette has been told he can leave the Ligue 1 side, but the chances of him arriving at Melwood look very slim.

JANUZAJ LOAN LIKELY
As far as predictable transfers go, Adnan Januzaj to Sunderland is at the top of the list - it's just an amazement it has taken so long to develop.

It's an exclusive from the Sunderland Echo. They report that talks between the Black Cats and Manchester United are underway with a view to a season-long loan deal.

It looks a done deal in all honesty, as Januzaj looks to get some games under his belt.

PALACE WON'T BUDGE ON BOLASIE
The London Evening Standard say Crystal Palace are adamant that winger Yannick Bolasie, a target for Tottenham, will not be sold this summer.

Bolasie earlier this summer favourited a tweet linking him with a move to Tottenham, which sent Twitter into meltdown.

It will be interesting to see Palace's reaction if Spurs come up with a £20million bid, will they be as adamant then?
