Oliseh on Tuesday recorded his first victory with the Eagles as Nigeria beat Niger 2-0 in a friendly at Port Harcourt.
The Eagles coach speaking after the game expressed his joy over the loan move of Victor Moses from Chelsea to West Ham United.
"I am particularly happy for Moses that he was able to get the loan move on the last day of the transfer window and this means he would be getting playing time and that is what we want," he said.
Oliseh also cleared the air on Chelsea star Mikel and Lille goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama, insisting they are still in his plans as the Eagles prepare for the next FIFA free dates next month.
"There is room for everybody in the Eagles. We just want some of the players to get playing time. Like I said, everyone would get their chance. Mikel, Vincent Eyeama, they are all in the plan."
However, the coach also maintained no player is irreplaceable in the Eagles.
"I played for the Eagles, but when I left, I was replaced. The only thing you cannot replace is Nigeria,” he said.
Oliseh said this against the backdrop of Wolvhampton Wanderers goal keeper Carl Ikeme 's performance in his first two games whether he would be the perfect replacement for Eagles captain Vincent Enyeama.
Ikeme debuted for Nigeria at age 29 at the weekend in Tanzania and has kept two clean sheets after he was also in goal in a 2-0 win against Niger on Tuesday.
