Fans can expect some top notch performances from African players in Uefa Champions League action tonight even if some players will have to miss out.

On Tuesday evening Greek giants Olympiakos will take on Arsenal without Manuel Da Costa (Morocco) who has been replaced by Nigerian Brown Ideye.

Meanwhile AS Roma will take on Bate with their Egyptian star Mohammed Salah and Ivorian flyer Gervinho, but Mali legend Seydou Keita is out with injury.

Unfortunately Moroccan defender Mehdi Benatia will miss out when his side Bayern Munich take on Dinamo Zagreb but all eyes will be on FC Porto as they take on Chelsea with Cameroon's Vincent Aboubakar and Algeria's Yacine Brahimi available, although Brahimi is recovering from injury and could possibly miss out.

Meanwhile as far as Chelsea are concerned, Ghanaian Baba Rahman, Nigerian John Obi Mikel and Burkina Faso star Bertrand Traore will be available.

French side Lyon will have do without Henri Bedimo and Bakary Kone who are both out due to injury while Aymen Abdennour and Sofiane Feghouli will be available for Valencia in their highly anticipated clash.

Finally, Nigerian Nosa Igiebor will not be available for Maccabi Tel Aviv when they play Dynamo Kyiv, who will also have to play without Younes Belhanda who is out because of an injury.
