The 21-year-old defender who featured for FC Dordrecht on loan last season in the Dutch Eredivise will feature alongside his compatriot Moses Simon in this season’s UEFA Champions League competition.
Ekong made 23 appearances last term and was linked with summer moves to Spain and Russia but opted for the Belgian champions who guaranteed more regular football.
