Golden Eaglets Skipper Kelechi Nwakali Would Prefer Move To Manchester City Over West Ham

Speaking ahead of the quarter - final meeting against Brazil at the Fifa Under 17 World Cup, Golden Eaglets skipper Kelechi Nwakali has revealed that he models his game after Yaya Toure.

“I love watching him (Yaya Toure) play because he loves to win. That’s all he wants. You can see it in the way he plays, the way he runs and even in the way he walks on the pitch,” Nwakali told fifa.com.

The Taye Academy product is being tracked by a number of English Premier League clubs including Manchester City and West Ham and has hopes of going on to bigger things after the competition in Chile.

The Nigeria number 10 added :  “I want to play for a side that’s going places, like Manchester City.”
