Chelsea to offer Remy plus cash for Lacazette, Manchester City set to dangle £150,000-a-week in front of Wilshere, stand-off costing Sterling...Spurs to offer cash plus Townsend for Schneiderlin, Newcastle want Chelsea's Bamford, Liverpool in for Kovacic...
Chelsea are reportedly planning to strengthen their attacking options with a move for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The Sun says the Blues will offer Loic Remy and £15million for the 26-year-old striker, who has scored 26 goals in 30 Ligue 1 appearances this season.
With doubts over Didier Drogba's future and Diego Costa's ability to stay fit, a swap deal would still leave Jose Mourinho short of top-class forwards, which Lacazette certainly appears to be. The player, also linked with Arsenal and Liverpool, recently stated a willingness to stay at Lyon for another year, but that may change when the offers start flooding in this summer.
CITY TO TEMPT WILSHERE
Manchester City are again lined with Jack Wilshere, with the Daily Telegraph claiming the midfielder will be offered £150,000 a week to become the latest player to swap the Emirates for the Etihad.
Arsenal do not appear too concerned, however, and are reportedly of the belief that they would not have to match that offer to persuade the Academy graduate to stay in north London.
Wilshere has three years remaining on his deal, meaning Arsenal could not be backed into a corner in the same way they were over the exits of Bacary Sagna, Gael Clichy and Samir Nasri.
COSTLY STERLING STAND-OFF
Brendan Rodgers is understood to have made clear to Raheem Sterling in a meeting at the manager's house that the winger will not be allowed an easy exit out of Liverpool this summer.
Sterling has put contract talks on hold until the summer, having already rejected an offer of £100,000-a-week, but Liverpool are said to be happy to retain the England star on his current terms, rather than sell this summer. According to the Guardian, such a stand-off could cost Sterling £3.38million in wages next season, if the current impasse remains.
