Andre Schurrle may have left England for the Bundesliga in January but that won't stop him collecting a Premier League winner's medal at the end of the season.
The German winger, who moved to Wolfsburg from Chelsea during the winter transfer window, made 14 top-flight appearances this season before departing - enough to earn himself a momento of the Blues' title win.
Players must make at least five appearances to be eligible for a medal but Schurrle was unaware that he would receive one until Jose Mourinho sent him a text.
