The Gunners have lost their last two games in the Premier League, the latest of which came against Chelsea on Saturday.
But their recent struggles began with the 2-1 defeat to Watford at the end of January, with the Hornets stunning the Emirates Stadium in picking up their first ever Premier League win over Wenger’s side.
Ramsey started and played just 19 minutes of the fixture, but was at fault for both early goals as Younes Kaboul and Deeney handed the visitors a two-goal lead. The Welshman was named our early loser for that gameweek.
Alex Iwobi got one back on the hour mark, but Arsenal were unable to salvage even a point.
Deeney believes that Ramsey’s “mistake” cost the Gunners dear.
“I think he bottled it a little bit,” the captain said. “Ramsey’s mistake was our blessing.
“I have come up with Sean Dyche and Malky Mackay and if we had turned our back on the ball like that, they would have had strong words with us.”
